4 Days At ISSB

( ISSB ) - Inter Services Selection Board commonly known as ISSB, representing ISSB Kohat and its detachments at Gujranwala, Malir and Quetta. ISSB is the premier human resource organisation which selects future leadership for the armed forces of Pakistan. ISSB acts as nursery for the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

The candidates reporting at ISSB are subjected to an elaborate selection system and the ones with requisite leadership potentials are recommended to undergo training in the three services academies.

Mission is to Select potential officers for the defence forces of Pakistan who have the requisite mental, moral, social and dynamic qualities to make successful leaders during peace and war.
The above mission sets a very sacred and tough challenge for the oraganistaion which can only be met with true dedication, selfless devotion and unflinching resolve to set and meet the standards. Inter Services Selection Board follows a set of time tested protocols to analyse and predict human personality and along the way has earned a respectable name and fame to its credit.

What Are They Looking For?

You can cite a number of Things like as clear thinking, the ability to remain calm under stress and strain, team skills and willingness to participate. My best advice to you is to be honest, straightforward and frank. Don’t display over-consciousness, false projection or superficial behavior. Over the years some private institutions and coaching centers have mushroomed in the country to train the candidate for passing ISSB tests.

Training Institutions can help you to understand of what all the tests would be like but they Introduce a sort of Superficial attitude and fakeness in a Candidate’s personality. Believe me You can clearly make out who is acting naturally and who is Fake when its hot or Cold Outside and You are Required to perform tests which really test your Physical stamina.
